We stand behind the quality of our plants. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, we'll replace it free of charge within 7 days of delivery.
1. Replacement Policy (7-Day Guarantee)
- If your plant arrives damaged, wilted, or in poor health, you are eligible for a free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- To claim a replacement, email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged plant within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Our team will review and process the replacement within 2-3 business days.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or a similar alternative.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only when a replacement cannot be provided and the product was received in damaged condition.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:
- Plants that have been transplanted or repotted after delivery.
- Plants showing damage due to neglect, improper care, or environmental factors after delivery.
- Seeds, soil, fertilizers, and gardening tools (unless defective).
- Products ordered by mistake or due to change of mind.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If an order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
