1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across India. We ship to all major cities, towns, and most pin codes served by our logistics partners. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Plants are living products and may require special handling during extreme weather.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery: On all orders above ₹499.
- Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹65 applies to orders below ₹499.
4. Packaging
Every plant is carefully packed using eco-friendly packaging materials designed specifically for live plants. Our packaging ensures that plants remain secure, hydrated, and healthy during transit. Pots and planters are wrapped with protective materials to prevent damage.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order from your account dashboard on our website.
6. Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- If the plant arrives damaged, we offer a 7-day replacement guarantee.
- If the order is not delivered within the estimated timeline, please reach out to our support team.
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If delivery fails due to unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
