How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 3–7 business days across India. Metro cities usually receive orders in 3–4 days. You'll get a tracking link once your order ships.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, share a photo with us on WhatsApp and we'll send a replacement — no questions asked.
How do I care for my new plant?
Each plant comes with a care card. You can also check our blog for detailed care guides, or message us on WhatsApp for personalized advice from our plant experts.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders (minimum 25 plants) for offices, events, and corporate gifting. Visit our Corporate Orders page or contact us for a custom quote.
Can I return or exchange a plant?
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we don't accept returns. However, damaged or dead-on-arrival plants are covered under our 7-day replacement policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on select orders.
How is my plant packaged for shipping?
We use eco-friendly, custom-designed packaging that keeps your plants secure during transit. Each pot is cushioned and the plant is protected to prevent damage.
